4. Workshop Booking and Participation

When booking workshops through our website, you agree to the following terms:

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
• Payment must be completed at the time of booking unless otherwise specified
• You must arrive at the workshop location at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time
• Workshop participants must follow all safety instructions provided by our instructors
• Materials provided during workshops are for personal use during the session
• You may take home any items you create during the workshop
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not comply with safety guidelines

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the workshop are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the workshop may be rescheduled to another available date
• No-shows without prior notice forfeit the booking fee
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule workshops due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case you will be offered a full refund or rescheduling option

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the website for any purpose other than that for which we make it available. The website may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us. As a user of the website, you agree not to:

• Systematically retrieve data or other content from the website to create a collection, compilation, database, or directory
• Trick, defraud, or mislead us and other users
• Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the website
• Disparage, tarnish, or otherwise harm, in our opinion, us and/or the website

These Terms of Use and your use of the website are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas applicable to agreements made and to be entirely performed within the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any legal action of whatever nature brought by either you or us shall be commenced or prosecuted in the state and federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and you and we hereby consent to, and waive all defenses of lack of personal jurisdiction and forum non conveniens with respect to venue and jurisdiction in such courts.
