2. Craft Kits and Supplies
2.1 Return Window
You may return unopened and unused craft kits and supplies within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund. The item must be in its original packaging and in resalable condition.
2.2 Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- The item must be in its original packaging
- You must have your receipt or proof of purchase
- The item must not have been opened or had its seal broken
- All components and accessories must be included
2.3 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened craft kits or supplies
- Custom or personalized items
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift certificates or vouchers
- Perishable goods such as natural wax or fragrance oils that have been opened
- Items that have been used or altered in any way
3. Workshop Bookings
3.1 Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change. Our workshop cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our business:
- More than 7 days before: Full refund or transfer to another workshop date
- 3-7 days before: 50% refund or full transfer to another workshop date
- Less than 3 days before: No refund, but transfer to another workshop date may be available subject to availability
- No-show: No refund or transfer available
3.2 Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your workshop booking, please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled session. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours notice may not be possible.
3.3 Workshop Cancellation by Us
In the rare event that we need to cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule to another available date. We will notify you as soon as possible if a cancellation is necessary.
4. How to Return an Item
4.1 Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team via email or phone to request a return authorization
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Once approved, carefully package the item in its original packaging
- Ship the item to our return address provided in the return authorization
- Include a copy of your receipt and return authorization number with the package
4.2 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely.
4.3 In-Store Returns
If you purchased an item at our Houston studio location, you may return it in person during our business hours. Please bring the item along with your receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

- Credit/Debit Card: Refunds will be credited to your card within 5-10 business days
- Cash: Cash refunds are available for in-store returns only
- Store Credit: Available upon request and does not expire

- Items not in their original condition due to damage not caused by us
